Loxone is a home and building automation platform built around the Miniserver. It connects supported lighting, shading, climate, audio, access and energy functions so they can work together rather than as separate systems.
The Miniserver processes core automation locally. Internet connectivity may still be needed for remote access, online audio sources, updates and other connected services. We explain the requirements for the functions included in your project.
Yes, compatible Loxone Air devices can support retrofit installations. We assess the existing wiring, equipment and wireless coverage before recommending a wired, wireless or mixed approach.
We can include equipment selection and sourcing in your project proposal. The quote identifies the products, installation scope and configuration work. Your proposal confirms the supply and installation arrangements.
Compatibility must be checked for each device and interface. We review your existing lighting, HVAC, shades, audio and entry hardware before promising an integration or specifying additional equipment.
